Publisher Merchandising

AMAZON · 2023–2024

Designing a Shared Language for Recommendations

AMAZON · SUMMER 2025 – WINTER 2025

Recommendations existed across Amazon Books, but every team defined similarity differently. This project established a shared taxonomy and decision framework other teams could design against, work that shaped direction without shipping a single screen.
